I was found by some very nice people. They posted flyers, contacted all the shelters, listed me with my picture in the papers and on the internet. No one every came looking for me. These good Samaritans took me to a groomer as I had to be shaved due to horrible mats and burrs and I would like to thank them for helping me and keeping me safe. I am now with Safe Haven Animal Rescue and doing very well. It is probably a good thing that my owner's never came looking for me as my foster mom believes I should have been taken better care of. I have been to the vet for an ear infection but otherwise received a clean bill of health.

I have the typical Schnauzer personality. I make the same noises when I am excited, happy and angry. I get along with other dogs and prefer to be the alpha if allowed. At my foster home, my foster mom is the alpha so I have to learn to not be pushy with the other dogs. I am doing great with my crate training and house training. I love to go for walks, but still need some work on my leash training. I also do very well in the car.
