My name is Austin . I was left at the shelter by my owner just a couple of days ago. My previous owners kept me out back and I had so many flea bites that I had a nasty rash on my belly that itched all day long. I had no relief. I also have a slight ear infection from no one cleaning out my ears for almost a year.  When I was left at the shelter I heard that there was a baby on the way and that's why I was there.

I was really lucky though. I just got settled into my kennel when 2 ladies from SHARE walked by and saw my adorable face. They came back with a leash and checked me out. I was on my best behavior and I played outside with them because they were nice.

I am now in my foster home. I have been checked by a vet and I am being treated for my rash and my ear infection. Boy do I feel so much better! I get to sleep in the house with all my housemates. It is so nice to have a nice warm bed to sleep in.

I am full grown so I am not going to get much bigger than my current 42 lbs. I would love to be adopted by a family that will keep me indoors with them and let me have a safe comfortable home. I promise to give a lot of kisses, wag my tail and come see you for hugs all the time. I love my new life and if you are interested in me, please let my foster mom know so she can fill you in on my progress
